  It took almost a month and a half between initial contact and an appointment made for supplies. Within that month, I had to call between about 7 times to set up the appointment -- each time, I was told that I would be given a call back that day or the next day, but no call. Finally, I got someone on the phone to schedule. They required a 230 dollar payment up front, which I made assuming that it was for the machine. Apparently, it was to reserve the appointment, which I was not able to make for two months later due to scheduling difficulties. So I made a 230 payment for a machine I was not getting til 2 months later. I asked if the payment was refundable (in case something happens) and she said no. Overall experience with this company has been very poor!
