  An issue occurred during my treatment. I cannot say that it was any reflection on Dr. Nugiel's skill, but he did not follow through on his offer to refund the cost of the treatment. I had advised him that my attorney had recommended that I hold off agreeing to the refund until the situation was resolved by other doctors, which took a year. Dr. Nugiel then said that the guarantee no longer was in effect.
