  Kru Prairie and her staff are doing amazing things here! My daughter has attended for roughly 3 years and I’ve gotten to know Kru, staff, students, and supporters as you would get to know Family.
  
  GirlFight is a place where women, of all ages, fitness levels, and experience, can come to learn not only MMA, but also, confidence, camaraderie, discipline, pride in oneself, and respect for others. And all in an environment where one can feel safe, not judged, and are made to feel as part of an amazing sisterhood. 5 Stars are not enough!!

  My 9 year old daughter and I have been training at Girl Fight for about four years. Kru Prairie is an exceptional leader who encourages her students to push past their comfort zone and tap into their true potential. Super clean facility, all students support one another and there are so many classes to choose from. Best thing I've done for myself, and especially for my daughter!
