  My mother in law has been in Health south 2xs in 4 mos following stroke and heart attack. I am so impressed with the staff from the RNs to the case mgrs. They helped us so greatly with the process of getting her from rehab to assisted living. She is type 1 diabetic so they really need to monitor her blood glucose levels closely and they have done a great job. The rehab therapists have all done a great job with her recovery.
