  This is the worst experience you could ever imagine for your child! They have zero idea of what they're doing, they have zero tolerance for people asking questions, and are clueless on how to do their jobs! They were unable to get my daughter the book that they needed as part of their package for the trumpet. After 15 phone calls and driving to the building 12 times they were still unable to resolve the fact that they couldn't get a book. Your school will give you multiple choices on where to rent equipment for your child I would highly recommend that this not be the place that you purchased from!
