  This company only cares about initiating a loan, earning a commission. And that can work for a while, as long as you dont need something from them. They made a lot of promises when initiating a construction loan for $400,000+ to my customer, but once the loan was closed, large commissions earned, they attempted to sell the loan to First Guaranty. When First Guaranty balked because there were missing documents, rather than fix the problem, they sat on it. They don't take phone calls and offer no way forward. There are construction bills to be paid, they refuse to make even the initial payment but have the guts to issue statements asking for monthly mortgage payments to be made... when they havent even made the first payout to cover construction expenses.
  
  It comes down to not servicing a loan when they couldnt sell it. But when you make a loan... then close it, and book a commission... it is your obligation to fulfill your end of the bargain. This is akin to a contractor taking a downpayment for a project then never showing up. Its been over 2 months since the loan closed. I dont know what laws were broken here, but I intend to find out.
