  I had been to this yoga studio years ago, and decided to drop in last week as I was in need for spur of the moment reprieve (and knowing that they now have a hot studio). I was taken back by how awesome Dawn's instruction style was. So easy to follow her words without watching her demonstrate for the most part- which is so important to me, so I can keep my focus to myself. She offered what the benefits were to certain poses as we did them and included affirmations throughout class that would hit home for anyone. Even though I was just dropping in, I am excited to go back for more classes. Thank you! Namaste :)
