  I first starting dealing with Joe and team over a year ago, I was looking to purchase my first home and was in need of a mortgage lender. Joe answered every question I could possibly think of and then some. Unfortunately we weren't able to find a property that we really liked. I spoke to Joe and told him we were going to wait and revisit the market in the coming year. Well a year later we began our search again, I was so impressed with Joe and his team that I didn't hesitate to reach out to them again. I was greeted with enthusiasm and an eagerness to help us move forward. They have so many great qualities built into their own business, but were also able to help us with an excellent attorney, and agent as well. The process was nearly flawless and seamless. Purchasing a new home, especially for a first time buyer, is beyond challenging, and I have heard many horror stories, but you will not be disappointed. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home. Kudos to a true professional team! And did I mention service? Phenomenal!
