  The worse contractor i met in my live! Last year i lost half of my lawn, because they did't pay attention that back flow did't work.We begged them to come and fix, because we were leaving for vacation for 2 weeks.They didn't come.
  This year i was in shock when i receive refund check and note from the John Weithenauer: NOT INTERESTED IN SERVICING YOUR SYSTEM!
  When they came for start up the technician informed my wife, the pump is leaking and needs to be replaced. I tried to rich John no result.I went to local plumbing supply store for consultation and they told me that pump can be fixed with no problem. Recommended by them plumber came and fixed leak in 15 minutes. John sent me a proposal for pump replacement :$1123.50.I left a message that we are leaving for vacation, pump is fixed and you only need to start the system. The result was check for $41.73 and hand written note.
  In my opinion this is completely unprofessional.I forgot to mention that after receiving the note we called another company they came ,start the system and did' charge for it at all! It was no more few minutes job.
