  Air conditioning died on a sweltering Sunday afternoon. Technician was at our home within the hour, diagnosed the problem quickly (unit was shot) and was able to set up an appointment for a replacement 3 days later. In the meantime they were kind enough to loan us window units to keep us cool, and came to install them for us. The day of installation they were prompt, polite and did an excellent job. They even offered to vacuum after they were finished! They answered any questions we had and their prices were reasonable. I would recommend One Hour to anyone!

  The tech crews are very nice.
  The Fujitsu ductless split system leaves something to be desired.
  It stopped working a few hours after the crews left.
  Two more phone calls and three house calls.
  "It's now working". That's what Frank said. Will see.
