  The wait is ridiculous they tell you 15 mins and show up over an hour later. Happened numerous times I do not recommend this company. The drivers differ, I've had pleasant friendly drivers and I've had rude unfriendly drivers

  Scheduled an important medical transport and they didn't show up. Then tried to blame me.

  I have a 50 year old daughter who is retarded and had a stroke several years ago which paralyzed her left side and required her to be placed in a nursing home. She also suffers from epilepsy and takes a lot of medication to control her seizures. Today, Tuesday, Feb. 6, we had an appointment with a local neurologist at 10:10 a.m. I arrived at 10:00 a.m. and my daughter was already there. I was told by the secretaries in the office that she was dropped off at 9:30 a.m. and the man who dropped her off was in such a hurry that he forgot the belt necessary to secure her wheelchair. We were finished by 10:30 at which time the secretary called RPT to request transportation for my daughter back to the nursing home. She was told it would be 45 minutes to one hour. By 11:30, no one came so she called again and was told about 15-20 minutes. At twelve noon, I called because my daughter had to take her meds at noon and have lunch. I was told 15-20 minutes. At 12:30, I called and my call went to voicemail. I called the nursing home and they called. The secretary called again and was told ONE MINUTE. A young woman finally arrived at 1:00 p.m. We were waiting TWO AND ONE HALF HOURS FOR PICKUP and my daughter had no food or medication. I told the nursing home to NEVER call them to transport my daughter again and was told they called because they were Medicare approved. My next letter goes to Medicare. I told the girl who answered that she will be hearing from my lawyer A person with special needs and paralyzed, in a wheelchair should never be treated like this! I'm not done writing my complaints to the state and whomever can stop this. If I could, I would put them out of business because they deserve it.
