  Awful, awful & horrible. 13 days without a working refrigerator (less then 2 years old!) and I'm told another 12 days until the parts are in & then they will schedule a technician to install (who knows how long that is?). I'm a second generation Kenmore customer with children and I WILL NEVER order a Kenmore appliance again. BUYER beware! Customer service calls route to Philippines & they only leave you on hold for 22-30 minutes with multiple apologies & no answers. When will this nightmare be over?? No follow up help either. Email provided in response went unanswered.
