  I go here a lot, mainly due to distance, and there’s been a number of hiccups from the service that it could definitely improve on. There have been multiple times where they’ve made me the wrong drink (but that’s typical for any Starbucks); messed up a mobile order...; and once I waited 15 minutes for my drink when there was literally no line.. I had to come up and ask where my drink was and they didn’t even make it? I was literally the only one there...
  Other than that, it’s clean and cozy like any other Starbucks, which gets it its two stars.

  Have been coming since the first day it opened. The manager is accommodating and kind. The staff is always sweet and those that aren't don't last long. At times it can become overwhelming for them as the location is right off rt 9 and miles from another Starbucks. They do their best everyday.
