  Called yesterday., for an appointment. Stated they would call me back to schedule. Received a return call 2 hours later and immediately put me on hold for 4 1/2 minutes. Never apologized. Gave me an appointment date without asking if I had a specific date or time requested. When I said the date she gave me was not a good date for me, was told --"well I have to get a ok from my manager for another date...I'll call you tomorrow. " Never called me back today. If this is how the office works., I need to find another cardiologist.
