  It was 97 degrees outside when I went today for a pedicure. The manager was very busy talking with another man about fishing up front of the salon. We were DRENCHED in the back. When I got up front to dry my toes, I asked if the air was broken. Oh no, it works maybe I'll turn it on. REALLY? Maybe they would have more business if it was a comfortable experience. We're paying for a SERVICE!
