  My wife called the owner a few months back to talk about dog training and what she had to offer. The owner told my wife that she did not like to talk about what she charged over the phone and asked to make an appointment. My wife made an appointment and brought our dog to meet the owner at her place of business. The owner explained what her classes offered and showed an example of what to do if our dog was biting on her leash. The prices that she quoted seemed expensive, so we explained that we wanted to talk about it before making a decision. When that was said, she told us that she was charging a $75 fee for the day if we did not agree to pay for the classes. She also told us that there would be a discount if we agreed to pay for the classes now. She did not say that we would be charged anything over the phone and we were mislead into coming, so she can get some money out of us. This is ethically wrong and she should be ashamed of herself. Be mindful.
